When told they are in violation, they say they were unaware of beach regulations because they are posted only in English.

But the town council voted against putting up signs in Spanish.

Councilor Finlay Rothhaus said English should be the only language in the park for purposes of national unity. Michael Malzone said learning English was the responsibility of any foreigner coming to the country.

David McCray took the discussion a step further and made an argument for the reservation of open space as a natural resource for taxpayers...."
(Source:
http://www.unionleader.com/article.aspx?headline=Merrimack+moves+on+beach+ban&articleId=f770afda-2215-450e-a3fc-7914459a0e77)

Bush, a stark reminder that world leaders are now looking to his successor.

Democrats Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and Republican John McCain came off the campaign trail to talk with Brown, who praised them afterwards for their commitment to a strong bond between the United States and Britain.

Only then did he go to the White House and sit down with Bush, who shares the British prime minister's plight -- low popularity and economic problems at home.

With Bush in the final year of his presidency, Brown was expected to walk a fine line, keeping some distance on issues like the unpopular war in Iraq while preserving Britain's long-standing "special relationship" with the United States.

Brown, on his second U.S. visit since taking office last year, has said he is seeking "coordinated action" to shore up the global economy, plagued by a credit crunch, record oil prices and market turmoil.

Determined to avoid being tagged as "Bush's poodle" like his predecessor Tony Blair, Brown seemed just as eager to lay the groundwork for closer relations with the next president as he was to maintain ties with the White House incumbent.

A series of 45-minute sessions at the British ambassador's residence may have yielded clues to how the winner of the November election might change policies that have at times rankled Britain and other European allies.

"I'm absolutely confident that having talked to the three candidates that the special relationship between our two countries is strong and secure and valued by all of them," Brown told reporters before arriving at the White House.

COOLER PERSONAL TIES

Brown, who has a cooler relationship with Bush than Blair, made clear earlier he hopes for an improved partnership between Europe and Washington under the next administration.

"It's partly because the divisions within Europe over Iraq will come to an end," Brown told ABC's "Good Morning America" program on Wednesday.

While Brown is closer on the political spectrum to the two Democrats than to McCain, Bush's fellow Republican, all three have taken stands that could win favor with the head of Britain's center-left Labour Party.

They have signaled, for example, they would all do more to fight global warming and revamp the Bush administration's internationally criticized treatment of terrorism suspects.

McCain's sharpest difference with Democratic rivals is on Iraq. He backs Bush's strategy of maintaining a heavy U.S. troop presence. Clinton and Obama, battling for the right to face McCain in the election, want a withdrawal timetable.

For his part, Brown has stirred unease in Washington over Britain's phased drawdown in Iraq, where Blair had bucked British public opinion in joining the 2003 U.S.-led invasion.

After their meeting, Obama, who would be the first black U.S. president, said he and Brown discussed issues they have in common such as Iraq and Afghanistan, the global economy and Africa.

Brown has insisted he has no plans to endorse any U.S. candidate, seeing that as a decision for American voters.

But even as his three-day U.S. tour has been eclipsed in the U.S. media by Pope Benedict's visit this week, the 57-year-old Scot has seemed eager to reach out to Americans.

"I love America, and I love watching American TV," he said.

That, however, may not help his poll ratings at home, which have been dropping faster than any British leader since before World War Two.

Brown, like Bush, has seen his economic stewardship come under fire, raising speculation that he could soon face a challenger for his party's leadership.

With less than 10 months left in office, Bush is struggling to stay relevant but is having a harder time swaying world leaders looking to whomever will succeed him in January 2009."

(Editing by Xavier Briand)

Copyright © 2008 Reuters Limited. To be used in the coming revolution that BushCo has caused; people are poor and hungry here too, all you elitists!

Obama made remarks, which came at a San Francisco fundraiser, were as follows:

"You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothings replaced them...And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not.

And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

USA is Gutless

Date: 04/09/08

Time: 1:15 PM PDT

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA

Event: Summer Olympic Games Torch Run

Attendance: Tens of Thousands Human Beings from every part of the Earth

What happened: Afraid of what might happen, fearful of what people will think if they lose control, terrified of losing their false worldly image, frightened of the Chinese, terror-stricken of losing a drop of oil, grain, water or money. Unnerved and appalled if people had free speech, a right to assemble, or any kind of human right on their soil.

If you listened closely to a live broadcast of today's farce, you would have heard them report what law enforcement was used other than SF Police. Even the FBI was involved in "programming", they reported and probably, the Department of Homeland Security, planned this months and maybe years ago.

(Image Credit: Photos by R T)

April 8, 2008 Free-Tibet Vigil

"Pro-Tibet vigil held in Beijing
Ian Ransom and Chris Buckley, Reuters Published: Monday, March 17, 2008
BEIJING (Reuters) - Ethnic Tibetan students staged a candle-lit vigil in Beijing on Monday, saying it was to pray for the dead, after authorities warned..."
[Continued: http://www.nationalpost.com/news/world/story.html?id=2d0125e7-0192-4def-b3af-80e5e6b03751&k=29749]

As reported in March, there have been many "pro-Tibet vigils." There was one tonight, in San Francisco, California.
At six to nine o'clock P.M. in the United Nations Plaza a Candlelight Vigil is planned. The weather was normal for an April night in that part of the city; 51 degrees and always windy, at 15+ miles per hour. The wind always is cool and always blows out the candles in a vigil.

I have adopted the battery operated lantern method, which I have seen at so many San Francisco Vigils previously, because of that westerly Pacific Ocean wind. No more re-lighting of a candle, no more of giving a candle more attention than the great speakers attending the vigil.
Nobel Peace Laureate Archbishop Desmond Tutu and actor Richard Gere were expected to speak.

By 7 o'clock, there were hundreds of people and thousands of cameras.
I'm not pulling one over on you.
The news networks such as CNN, ABC, NBC, even foreign language, Univision were set up in the best positions. Also, ninety percent of the people had their phone cameras out and were making the telecom corporations richer.

Green Party, Ex-Supervisor in San Francisco's City Hall and now Vice President candidate, Mr. Matt Gonzalez, was present tonight. He took time to join the non-violent vigil protest against the ghastly abuses of Human Rights.
There was no "other" candidate present taking a stand on China's occupation of Tibet OR FOR ANYTHING FOR IN THIS WORLD.

OUT OF TIBET, LET THE PEOPLE BE FREE!

(All Images Credit: Photos by R T)

California's Problem and Maybe Yours

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBjDSNWiuKQ
<lj-embed id="41" />
The Board of Supervisors met today in San Francisco, CA, to have hearings on the August 2008 spraying for the Brown Apple Moth, 'who has to die now,' right this minute although he was introduced forty - fifty years ago to California and hasn't been a plague yet!

In five months, August 2008, San Francisco residents are supposed to get ready for quarterly aerial spraying treatments to eradicate this pest for the next nine years!!

New Zealand was not able to eradicate this low cost, low loss pest; and they say, "Just learn to live with it, every few years their reproduction cycle can be broken with less dangerous methods."

Yet, non-orchard area like San Francisco is supposed to get this "miracle pesticide" which they haven't named yet, nor tested yet, nor will release all of its ingredients to the public ever - which harms no other living being, flora or fauna, yet, farm workers cannot be outside during spraying, but "Super San Franciscans can take it!"

Residents of San Francisco do have a few Supervisors who didn't make this meeting; which made me know just how much the hearing mattered to them and how much they care.

There are other Supervisors who are opposed to this experimentation on San Franciscans and were present during the whole cession; Board President, Aaron Peskin, and Ross Mirkarimi,
Gerardo Sandoval, Sophie Maxwell.

Another good site for more information is:
http://www.hopefortruth.com/health_effects.htm

And here is the California website, for their side of the story; http://www.cdfa.ca.gov/phpps/PDEP/lbam/lbam_main.html

Picture of Water Fountain After Aerial Spray

(Ihttp://www.hopefortruth.com/health_effects.htm)

Torture - Third and Final Printing

However sure YOU still are not doing anything about this and other war crimes these people have done.

You know, there is a quote that applies to every citizen, John Doe or Keith Olbermann. "A barking dog never will bite you."

So Small

Chronicle Staff Writers wrote Saturday, April 5, 2008, that around 200 went to the rally, I don't know, photograph angles can leave out a lot. There is a huge population here that don't believe China has any right in Tibet.

An afternoon rally for Tibet happened in San Francisco, today.
Do You Use Your Human Rights?

However, when I took physical therapy and saw how true it is in respect to a muscle in the human body.

Do you have all the rights listed below? I know, here in the United States of America; I DON'T.
Are you using and working your human rights daily, and if not, why not?

This list is from: http://www.youthforhumanrights.org/downloads/index.html

I'll get arrested, locked up and never be heard from again if I just try to exercise ALL of the rights listed below. BELIEVE IT and remember; you are probably in the same circumstances as me.

What Human Rights Are

#1: We Are All Born Free & Equal
#2: Don't Discriminate
#3: The Right to Life
#4: No Slavery
#5: No Torture
#6: You Have Rights No Matter Where You Go
#7: We're All Equal Before the Law
#8: Your Human Rights Are Protected by Law
#9: No Unfair Detainment
#10: The Right to Trial
#11: We're Always Innocent Till Proven Guilty
#12: The Right to Privacy
#13: Freedom to Move
#14: The Right to Seek a Safe Place to Live
#15: Right to a Nationality
#16: Marriage and Family
#17: The Right to Your Own Things
#18: Freedom of Thought
#19: Freedom of Expression
#20: The Right to Public Assembly
#21: The Right to Democracy
#22: Social Security
#23: Workers' Rights
#24: The Right to Play
#25: Food and Shelter for All
#26: The Right to Education
#27: Copyright
#28: A Fair and Free World
#29: Responsibility
#30: No One Can Take Away Your Human Rights

These numbers that follow, are the number of rights I have by living in the USA. The government has tried to take them all way and would rather kill me first than have to see me have a one them. I have number six; You Have Rights No Matter Where You Go.
I have number thirty, also; No One Can Take Away Your Human Rights.

Over weight and over forty?

After finding this article, I knew I needed to share it with everyone -- give copy to your mother and/or father, use it for yourself or pass it to a neighbor or co-worker.

Power Foods for Midlife Bodies

Nutritionists are homing in on the next 'superfoods': These 10 everyday edibles help protect your heart and bones, fight cancers, and take off pounds -- especially in combination.
By Cynthia Sass, RD
Whole Grains, Soy Yogurt & Almonds

Once you're 40, counting calories is key: Nearly every major chronic disease -- including heart disease and many forms of cancer -- is linked to weight gain," says nutritionist Christine Gerbstadt, MD, a spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association. "But you also need to focus on optimal nutrition." One way to do that is to combine foods; experts believe that putting good-for-you foods together is even healthier than eating them solo. "We're learning more about food synergy, the idea that the whole meal is greater than the sum of its parts," says Dave Grotto, RD, author of 101 Foods That Could Save Your Life. "The disease-fighting actions of one food may enhance nutrients in the other and vice versa." Add these 10 multi-taskers to your shopping cart today.

1. Whole Grains

The high fiber and satiating properties of these foods (brown rice, kasha, dark bread, quinoa, whole-grain cereal) make them ideal for keeping your weight down. In fact, when Harvard researchers followed over 74,000 nurses ages 38 to 63 for 12 years, they found that those who ate more whole grains consistently weighed less than those who didn't. And women with the highest fiber intake were 50 percent less likely to gain a major amount of weight in midlife. Studies have linked diets high in whole grains with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and colorectal cancer. Whole grains are digested slowly and steadily, and experts believe this helps control blood sugar, diabetes, and insulin levels. Because insulin may promote the growth of tumors, the thinking is that lower levels reduce the chance that colon cancer will develop. Whole grains also contain fiber, vitamin E, and plant sterols (substances that bind to cholesterol in the digestive tract, which prevents them from being absorbed), all of which work to lower LDL, the "bad" cholesterol that clogs arteries. Finally, whole grains are rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals, which essentially act like bodyguards, protecting cells from free-radical damage that can trigger disease and signs of aging.
2. Blueberry Soy Yogurt

Recently, scientists at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, examined samples of both dairy and soy yogurts for properties that keep diabetes and hypertension in check, including enzymes that help control blood sugar levels. Of all the yogurts tested, blueberry soy yogurt packed the most punch. While blueberry got top honors, plain soy yogurt was also a standout, containing the highest levels of disease-fighting antioxidants. (Plain soy yogurt is also lower in added sugar, so toss some fresh blueberries into that serving of plain yogurt and enjoy a calorie savings.) What's more, one 6-ounce container can provide up to 30 percent of the recommended daily intake of bone-strengthening calcium. "The protein in yogurt also makes it satisfying, so you eat less overall," Gerbstadt says. Protein stays in your stomach longer and takes longer to digest, leaving you feeling fuller longer. Eating protein (versus the same amount of fat or carbohydrate) also produces a greater thermogenic effect, a transient jump in metabolism.
3. Almonds

Eating 1 ounce of these hunger-satisfying nuts provides you with about 12 percent of your daily recommended fiber intake. Scientists at the School of Public Health at Loma Linda University found that when people were asked to eat an additional 320 calories from almonds every day for six months, their average body weight increased by only three quarters of a pound. The researchers believe that the way that almonds were digested and absorbed by the body led to the study subjects eating less of other foods without realizing it. (If they had truly added 320 calories a day from foods other than almonds, they would have gained an average of 21 pounds.) Almonds are also extremely heart healthy: A recent study in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association of 41- to 54-year-olds found that when they consumed 20 percent of their total daily calories from plain, unsalted almonds for four weeks, their blood levels of the antioxidant vitamin E increased while their total cholesterol and triglycerides decreased. Not only that, but their LDL, or "bad," cholesterol levels dropped while their HDL, or "good," cholesterol levels rose.
Beans, Greens & Garlic
4. Black Beans

Eat three cups of black beans a week and you'll reduce your risk of heart disease and colon cancer. A review of the diets of more than 4,500 people ages 40 to 59 found that those who consumed the most vegetable protein had the lowest blood pressure. And research from the National Cancer Institute found that people over 35 who eat the most beans have the lowest risk of developing precancerous colorectal polyps. Beans are also a useful weight-management tool: One cup provides 12 grams of fiber, with just 180 calories and 14 grams of satiating, metabolism-boosting protein. Black beans are probably the most ubiquitous type -- available in many restaurants and delis -- but you can easily substitute your own favorite bean and get the weight-loss and disease-proofing benefits.
5. Mixed Green Salad

Salad offers weight watchers a satisfying twofer: It's high in fiber and big on volume, so you feel fuller longer. That explains why Pennsylvania State University researchers found that women consumed 12 percent fewer calories overall when they ate a large salad (three cups' worth) prior to having a pasta meal. "Salads that contain lettuce and other raw vegetables are an easy way to boost your intake of low-calorie, nutrient-rich vegetables," Gerbstadt says. "It's one of the most important dietary changes you can make over 40." Fitting in at least five servings of produce daily helps to maintain heart health, memory function, vision, and bone density.
6. Garlic

What doesn't it prevent? The March 2006 issue of the Journal of Nutrition devoted an entire section to 35 separate studies linking garlic to a reduction in cancer, Alzheimer's disease, high blood pressure, inflammation, and heart disease. And garlic packs just five calories per teaspoon.
Squash, Soybeans, Popcorn & Pepper
7. Yellow Squash

At just 30 calories per cup, most yellow squash is full of key nutrients for midlife women. It's high in vitamin A, which has been linked to improved immune function and a reduced risk of both skin and lung cancers. It's also full of lutein, a phytochemical believed to prevent age-related vision loss.
8. Edamame

A cup of whole unprocessed soybeans delivers eight grams of fiber (over 30 percent of the recommended daily intake) for just 240 calories. Edamame is also high in protein -- it has 20 grams per cup -- which makes it satisfying and a metabolism booster. It can also help you fight osteoporosis. A study done in China involving 200 postmenopausal women found that those who ate 80 milligrams of soy isoflavones per day (a little less than what you get in one cup of edamame) showed a significant increase in hipbone density.
9. Microwave Popcorn

Weighing in at 15 calories and one gram of fiber per cup, 94 percent fat-free (butterless) microwave popcorn is one of the best pound-paring foods around. Do the math: The typical 6-cup bag delivers nearly 25 percent of the recommended daily intake of fiber for about 200 calories or less. Popcorn is a whole grain, and corn has the highest level of antioxidants of any grain or vegetable.
10. Cayenne Pepper

A shake or two provides intense flavor but adds zero calories. Cayenne also contains capsaicin, which has been shown to boost calorie burning. All that heat is good for your heart too. A study of animals found that capsaicin prevented the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. Oxidation is the process that leads to hardening of the arteries and, eventually, heart disease.
4 Properties of Fat-Burning Foods

Each of our 10 disease-fighting foods also possesses at least one of four characteristics that affect body weight, says nutritionist Grotto. And just as combining foods may give you more nutrients, mixing ones with different slimming properties may give you more bang for your metabolic buck. Skinny foods have the following perks.
High in Fiber

Fiber is part of the total carbohydrate content of a food, but our bodies don't make enzymes capable of breaking it down. That means fiber is never digested or absorbed from the intestines into the bloodstream, so it can never be burned for fuel or stored as body fat. It simply travels through the digestive tract and is eliminated as waste. "Fiber provides fullness with no calories," Gerbstadt says. And it makes you feel fuller longer because it slows down the digestion and absorption of other types of carbohydrates. "This slower rise in blood sugar prevents your insulin level from spiking," Grotto says. "And since insulin is responsible for carrying carbohydrates into fat cells, moderating it can reduce your waistline." (Five grams of fiber per serving qualify as high fiber.) In addition to our picks, stock your pantry with dried figs (4.6 grams of fiber in two figs), split peas (eight grams of fiber in one-half cup) and kidney beans (4.5 grams of fiber in one-half cup).
Low Energy Density

In other words, a low number of calories for a reasonable portion size. "The quantity of a food has nothing to do with its calorie level," Grotto says. For example, one cup of romaine lettuce contains just 10 calories, whereas a cup of peanut butter has a whopping 1,600. Foods with a low energy density fill you up but don't contain loads of calories you need to worry about burning off. Try asparagus (60 calories in 9 ounces), fresh mushrooms (20 calories per cup) and fresh radishes (10 calories per cup).
Satiating

Research has found that protein is especially satisfying. That is, it keeps you fuller longer so the return of hunger is delayed. "This may be because protein stays in your stomach longer and takes longer to be digested, or it may have to do with the interaction between protein and sensors in the stomach and brain," Grotto says. Pick up nonfat ricotta cheese (16 grams of protein per one-half cup), vegetarian chili (8 grams per serving), and frozen lima beans (12 grams per cup).
Thermogenic

That's the term for a jump in metabolism caused by eating certain foods. Metabolism is based on the number of calories your body burns at rest, while digesting food and when physically active. Studies have found that certain food compounds can trigger a slight boost in metabolism for up to several hours after we eat them. Protein may be one. In fact, one study found that consuming 30 percent of calories from protein, versus 15 percent, resulted in a 3.9 percent increase in the number of total calories burned per day. Other thermogenic compounds include green tea extract and capsaicin, the natural chemical that gives a hot pepper its fiery taste. Add some heat with jalapenos, crushed red pepper, and chili pepper sauce.

Originally published in MORE magazine, April 2007.

Forget Yourself!

First, today we hear about the male "security" jerks at a Texas airport that either wanted a little boob peek-a-boo for the day or they thought the lady had a new gadget:
the "Boob Boom Bomb." Every law enforcement official knows it exists.

Enjoy a minute and a half video:
http://www.wftv.com/video/15731180/index.html?source=CNN
Or read the complete and degrading 'nipple threat' story at:
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/metropolitan/5654702.html

Oh My God, they make me utterly sick at their extreme measures; all in the name of security!
Sue the bastards Federal or not! We are stupid for letting ANYONE get away with this!

Secondly, we have the eleven year old girl, just a kid who was tasered by the police...
The complete story is at:
http://www.wftv.com/news/15722616/detail.html
Cast your vote in favor or not in favor at:
http://www.wftv.com/9wantstoknow/index.html

Oh My God, look at the voting results at least, but while sitting down!
I read there is a lot more tasering going on of every age group; however, do you think kids or the very elder have the necessary weight mass in their small bodies to endure the 50,000 watts?

Where has the intellect or decency of parents, teachers and police? WAS ANYONE'S LIFE in danger? Was someone in imminent danger of losing their LIFE from an unarmed eleven years old that she had to be tasered?
First and second is the Almighty, All Protecting gun.
No, I don't think so.
First is reason.
Drawing a weapon is faster than words coming out of one of these adult's mouths, apparently so? I got it: kill, then, ask questions.

(Credit Image: http://www.newsweek.com/media/12/071214_BZ02taser_vl-vertical.jpg)

"Written by Jesse Richard"

TVNEWSLIES.ORG had an editorial that went straight to my whole being. I have been writing on this same thought, I have spoken on this theme and I have lost friends AND family over this subject!
I have been to this website for DVDs, the store has everything--it is great.
I reproduce the editorial here in the hope that it will have a similar effect on you AND all the people you pass it on to.

"Attention Activists: It's Time to Grow Up"
Written by Jesse Richard
Tuesday, 25 March 2008 23:26

"This is a message to all the well meaning people out there who try their best to make this world a better place, but in fact have no impact on the world, whatsoever. It is time to take your activism seriously.

The time has come to stop your ineffective tantrums and get serious. There are two ways to effect change when it comes to government: passive resistance and revolution. Our republic is broken and we no longer have representatives in government. Constantly asking our elected representatives to legislate on our behalf is not only a waste of time, but also totally unnecessary being that we have a government that no longer represents us.

Actually it is a Catch-22. We live in a communication age. We have the Internet, e-mail, cell phones, land phones, faxes, postal mail and megaphones with which to contact anyone, anywhere, at any time of the day or night. Still, we are told to get on buses and trains so we can march in Washington DC to tell a handful of government officials who don't even know we are there to do what they were elected to do.

The only legitimate purpose of such a trip at this point in time should be to remove those ineffective representatives and leaders and replace them with people who would honor their oaths of office and actually represent the people who put them there!

I keep getting e-mail and phone calls from organizations asking me to attend "vigils" to take back the nation. Let me tell you something...vigils are to activism what masturbation is to sex. It might make you feel good but nobody else benefits. At least call it what it is...a whining defeat celebration. Why not use your time effectively, like getting people together to plan real change rather than real noise.

The Vietnam conflict was ended by those who organized sit-ins and takeovers not vigils. The Johnson presidency was brought down by those who shut down schools and colleges all over the nation, not by those who lit candles in quiet little ceremonies.

Why do you think a vile criminal thug like Dick Cheney can get on TV and respond "so what" when asked about the overwhelming opposition to his little war for profit? Cheney knows that the people of this nation are too passive to stop his juggernaut of crime and destruction of this nation. In any country worth its salt Cheney would have been sent to the gallows by the justice department or would have ended up hanging from a tree at the hands of the citizens long ago for the crimes he has committed.

Does the name Gandhi mean anything to you? He defeated an empire, peaceably and permanently when he organized acts of civil disobedience that sparked similar action by millions of Indian activists. Are there any people in history who ever have affected change via a vigil of any sort?

Can you imagine what would have happened if the Founding Fathers had decided to hold a vigil rather than declare their independence from the tyranny of their British rulers? If you truly want change you have to understand that any significant change to the status quo in the US today requires both hard work and risk taking. It requires unity. It requires the participation of masses of people who are informed enough to understand the threats to their lives and their freedoms that are posed by those who would profess to lead them!

Our government is no longer a government of our by the people. Both major political parties are fronts for people behind the scenes who are orchestrating the end of the republic and the establishment of autocratic rule. They are putting into place what can best be described as control mechanisms. The apparatus already is in place whereby all power, wealth, health and freedom is in the hands of the few people at the top; the rest of us be dammed. This is not a theory...just pay attention...it is happening...in public...for all to see...but you have to look in order to see it!

I consider myself an activist. What I do in that capacity is run this website. I spend my time informing other people about what is going on...so that they may become aware off the need for change. And when enough people understand this they can work together to effect change. But that change is not going to happen as a result of another march or a vigil. If I spent this valuable time holding a candle in the park I would not take credit for helping the citizens of this nation or of the world. I would not be having an effect on anything.

Do you have any idea why all sorts of new crowd control technology are being developed? Do you know why there are light and sound weapons being distributed to your local police? It is because the people of this nation may well need riot control if enough of them understand what is going on.

When the people of this nation finally understand how badly they are being betrayed by their so called leaders leaders (and by their worst enemy, the establishment media), they will have no choice but to take to the streets. Our representative government can't help us because it does not exist anymore. Is this not embarrassingly obvious to you at this point? Your real enemies, the people who have the most to fear, are currently taking measures to protect themselves from the citizens. What do you think the Patriot Act is all about? Why do you think the government is spying on Americans and placing surveillance mechanisms in the streets (cameras), on your phone lines, on your Internet communication, and why do you think your peaceful organizations are being infiltrated by your local police and FBI? It is not to protect our citizens from so called terrorists, it is to protect the criminals who have taken over our government from the citizens!

The time is not far off. The orchestrated collapse of the economy is taking place right now. Who do you think is doing this? Do you think it was an accident? Do you know who controls the monetary system? Do you know the people who are controlling the money are doing exactly what they did when they intentionally caused the Great Depression?

Were you aware that the Federal Reserve stopped reporting how much money they print? They did this several years ago...and they were allowed to do this because they don't report to any government. They are printing so much money that each printed drops in value. This way they can buy everything...or just take it away...because you will default on your loans and you won't have the money to eat or house yourself. You will be powerless and you will be a slave to their dollars, or whatever new currency they have waiting for us...such as a world currency.

Wake up people...this is not the 60s, nor is this a sex scandal. We are in huge trouble...and we need to do something. So do something that makes sense. Organize in numbers that mean something, and make plans that make people sit up and take notice. If you cannot do something real then support people or organizations that will. Stop supporting organizations that distract you by taking your time and money and using those resources to make you think you are having an impact while in reality they are simply distracting you from having any real impact. You know, the organizations that sent you on vigils.

So do something real or support those who do. At the very least stop wasting your time and money. The inaction and ineffectiveness of the organized 'opposition' to the power brokers who run the show are embarrassing enough. Keep in mind grass roots movements start from the bottom. Huge powerful activist organizations that seem to pop out of nowhere are usually funded by the very people you want to remove from power.

Todays problems are not political, they are criminal. This is not about left versus right, it is about right versus wrong. It is about freedom versus tyranny. So think back throughout all of history and see if you can find one example of a tyranny ending after being defeated by vigils.

Can you hear me yet?

Last Updated ( Wednesday, 26 March 2008 11:39 )"
http://tvnewslies.org/tvnl/index.php/editorial/jesse-richards-commentary/19-jesses-thoughts/771-attention-activists-its-time-to-grow-up-

The Meeting

Any of the Ancient Civilizations of the Americas forgot more knowledge than the seafaring Europeans ever had at the time. The Europeans brought death, religion and murder. The libraries of books that the Maya Civilization possessed were ordered destroyed by Bishop Diego de Landa in July of 1562.

The Europeans stayed and not only ruined and destroyed the American continents; but now the whole planet. Of course, the USA has improved on Europe's level of killing, torturing and destroying as would be expected from a greed offspring.

The ancestors of a mere 71 American Indian nations, the Aboriginal leaders, met in Palenque, Mexico, Monday, March 10, 2008. Their complete story can be found at:
http://www.greenlivingonline.com/OurWorld/cp-5294/

They gathered together for the good of the earth. They are worried, not like the greedy, lying savages that presently dominate the world from their political, elite and ruling classes.
